Zapata Falls
A hidden gem located near Alamosa, Colorado is a secluded 25 foot waterfall. Approximately a 3 mile drive down a bumpy gravel road and short hike up to the falls. Bring waterproof shoes as you will need to trek through frigid water into the cave to see the waterfall. In the winter, the waterfall freezes over and is a popular destination for ice climbing.
